Look at this message, this is the end. https://twitter.com/Ryugunsun/status/1041819853802176512
I quote: Information from SEC (the US Securities and Exchange Commission) has circulated.
· Interpretation as "fraud act" when greatly changing road map after ICO.
· Even if you do not change, the possibility of handling similar cases when development is delayed significantly.

In the above cases, there may be days when ICO participants can sue the project.

Just curious about what do you mean about scam rate? Just try to create more awareness if those icos are offering non sense discount should be considered as scam icos. Remember a lot of them are offering mroe than 100% bonus. This time a lot of people are even smart consider they are learning a lot of lesson from the past experience about this case.

the scammers will not stop just because of regulations and they won't help either because the goal of regulations is not to reduce scams. the government doesn't care if you got scammed they want their own piece of the market.
so what you will end up with after regulations is going to be a hefty tax while you are still getting scammed the same way as before! but now two groups are going to have their hand in your pocket: the scammers and the government Wink

Not just crypto, there are scams everywhere in every financial investments. When it comes to crypto, it is more worrysome because people and investors are the sole care taker of there holdings, there is no regulation or a third party which could help them once scammed. The investors need to be themselves aware and should have enough knowledge to stay away from such scams.

So true, you can see that out of 10 there's only 2-4 projects that is true and it's not just an investor was scam, to me it's greatly affect how to market evolve if this modus did not stop then sooner or later ICO will demolished. I hope that someone make's a good regulatory about ICO.

ICO attracts investors by the fact that you can use dirty money and evade taxes, so the ICO will live for a very long time.
