Hey. How long do you think the ICO will last? After all, now a lot of scams, and no one enters the rules of participation to weed out at least a small part of these scams. And since investors are increasingly afraid to belong to the ICO. And I know what you say, say you need to check and then the scammers will not fall, but even in the study of the company remains 30%, which is a well-prepared machenic.

I hope ICOs will live in future but with smaller Hard Caps (up to $5M-15M) and with ready MVP only because nobody want to invest in "whitepaper ICO" now. For example, Media Protocol in my signature has working mobile app as MVP and $15M Hard Cap.

I think it depends how the previous ICOs do and how the market overall does, hopefully the market improves soon which should see ICO investment go up too.

We shall see how the ICO scene will react to potential stricter regulations in the (near) future. If these will be too unreasonable, I am sure new loopholes will be discovered and exploited, so I am not that worried how things will play out.

Most Advanced Crypto Exchange on the Blockchain

It feels like the entire crypto space is in a place of change.  The mining game is a hot mess.  I get very cheap electric and still don't know how to enter.  The bounties are largely bs scams and time killers.  They used to be great but not now.   Airdrops are dead.  Trading seems to be the one outlet where you can continue to gain.  The powers that be want to take away all other forms of making money.  You will be forced to trade.  They will then attempt to wipe you out.

Investors will always invest in projects they fancy irrespective if how scamny ico has turned out to be. It's a process of raising funds for startups and it will always be here.

COS will not die if they change the way they operate. Instead of figuring out they should have a real product, and that product really works. Besides, hard cap should be reduced.

As long as cryptocurrency lives then it will also exist unless there was some kind of regulation that prohibits all of the ICO's to launch their crowdfunding campaigns then it is their end game to the crypto space but not all of ICO are scam you can say a large number of it belongs to that fraud group but some of them are legitimate it just so happen that some of their tokensale did not end well.

I think we can't think all ICO as whole. Each ICO has its own quality yes some of them scam but it doesnt mean all of them will be same. ICOs will last if there is some beneficial, innovative projects in it.

well
on my opinion
no exact time about when the last .
since people have a thousand idea applied to blockchain
but maybe on next year ico will not be popular like this year .
and also for 3 or 5 years more we will see just a top 100 have a good value.

The influx of ICOs does not yet have expiry. It even seem that if blockchain continues to exist, we will be having ICOs. Different companies and research bodies will want to bring what they have on blockchain. Although, we still need to be careful, because many scammers are taking advantage of the fact that investors are on the look out for the ICO to invest in. We should always take our time to make the right choice before investing.

Icos will survive and last a longer time
All fake projects will become desolate and valueless and all investors would not risk any project until full research is comprehended

The future seems to be a good one as others learn from their mishaps

We need ICO to become as transparent as possilbe, especially now, when there are a lot of scammers and fake ICOs. People need to trust teams the same as teams trust people. There are several platforms, which have enough potential to handle with this issue and they are about to be released.
