From the little that I am reading from my daily news. I think blockchain has the most impact in healthcare. I read that it would be great for medical tourism. There are a lot of people who travel even across countries to get 2nd opinion on their illnesses or to just save some money. Most of the time when people do this, vital medical information is affected. Instead of being cured, people get even more sick or die. By implementing blockchain, people could have their own health information stored which they could share with hospitals/doctors as they want without it being tampered, and everything being updated.

absolutely true, the world of crypto currencies is increasingly known. but most people don't know what's inside, how the system is. they only think about profit, without wanting to know more. and in the end they broke up on the road with losses due to their carelessness.

Robots who might take over the world and Siri.

Blockchain will get attention from flashy uses that temporarily disrupt industries. Then those industries will buy up the blockchain technology and adapt it to their uses.

I think the biggest impact will be how liquidity can move between individuals (such as remittances across countries) without the barriers to entry that banks and other organizations use. It doesn't solve anything, but it enables groups to pool capital without intermediaries from microcredit loansharks.

Right now there are countries who are starting to adopt blockchain technology in government processes. If those countries after a year or so prove that its implementation is successful then more countries would adopt it. If so, their citizens would be more knowledgeable about it because surely the governments would show off the technology that made their processes more transparent.
