About SOLAR

Asgardia coin, named Solar, is a open source cryptocurrency planned as real currency for Asgardians  focused on security, privacy, speed & decentralization. Solar uses neoscrypt algorithm with POS consensus and Masternodes to create a secure network, with full nodes across the world. This ensures  decentralized network. Unlike most other currencies decisions on Solar future are made by community decisions over Solar development team. Our long term goal is mass adoption by Asgardians and people all around the world. We aim to provide transparent projects and to create a payment gateway capable of servicing huge number of users and for many different purposes. Current and future partnerships  will help us grow and implement  our technologies in everydays life.

SECURITY
Solar network is built on proven crypto technology, originally started by Bitcoin and after upgraded by Dash & Pivx to implement and support PoS (Proof of stake).

PRIVACY
Solar network implemented the “Zerocoin Protocol” that gives users option of making anonymous transactions, which are completely untraceable.
