When the pos start please?
There is a countdown in the official page. In 15 days as of today This countdown does not reflect exact time, we put there to give some idea. Because it depends on mined blocks and i estimate it's maybe +-2 days When we get near 80k i can fix countdown to be more accurate. Thanks In 2 weeks To da green moon! Yeah less than 30k blocks... and no more mining... { "blocks" : 57095, "currentblocksize" : 1000, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : 43.56079234, "errors" : "", "generate" : false, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 0, "networkhashps" : 3776461129, "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false }

What happens later? No more mining, ever?

System will continue with only difference no external energy consuming processing will be needed.

Network hashrate has grown a lot
Actually, it was about the same 2 weeks ago. See the bottom chart: http://www.cryptocoinsinfo.com/scrypt-coins/eccoin/eccoin-ecc/I thought it was still a little lower, but I updated the chart and now it looks the same.

Is anyone else having trouble depositing to Mintpal right now? I sent 1.3M nearly an hour ago, the transaction has over 40 confirmations but it's still not showing up anywhere on my Mintpal account, getting pretty worried that I've just lost all my coins.

Well, there might be an issue... I have a deposit not showing up too, over 30 confirms... they never have taken long to show up, so hopefully just a problem on the front-end of mintpal. I opened a support ticket, i would suggest you do the same to expedite someone helping.

We should make the multi-pool only pay out in ECC once the mining phase is complete.

Nice site there eschmenk... Is that your site? No. But thanks for thinking I would know how to do something like that. But be careful about trusting sites like that too much. There is a lot of information that they gather and it would be a lot of work to keep it all updated, so some information is wrong. It's not unusual for them to miss reward halvings and things like that. At least cryptocoinsinfo.com does better than WhatMine.com. (For example, WhatMine.com currently says, "Zeitcoin (ZEIT) Reward: 100'000.00" Wrong! Reward: 1.00! But who cares about a few zeros? They mean "nothing", anyway. But seriously, they missed a halving to 50,000, then then end of POW rewards!) Even CoinWarz missed at least one wallet update and was reporting the wrong diff on at least one coin this weekend. I would suggest to Hostmaster (but I probably don't need to) that he keeps this in mind regarding his pool. If he includes too many coins, it would be a lot of work keeping all of the wallets and information that goes into the calculations up to date. If his pool automatically mines a coin because Hostmaster didn't notice that a reward halved, people would be a bit annoyed, I think.

If his pool automatically mines a coin because Hostmaster didn't notice that a reward halved, people would be a bit annoyed, I think. Thanks. You can be sure we will make sure our profitability is more than others and we will work for it as a community together. We know we are faster than others thanks to our system. My initial plan not to mine all cryptos but stable ones first. Some time later when we develop more API connections to more exchanges, we will gently increase mined cryptos. We need to learn and approach each cryptos to be mined and give a some kind risk score them. Because these cryptos includes some risks. When we mine 10 BTC worth blocks and see no buy or not enough buy orders. This will create unnecessary unexchangeds... So what to mine depends on mainly "buy orders" and "more API connection to exchanges" we can see more buy orders. In first we look BTC to exchange then we check when buy if LTC to ECC more profitable. So if we want to sell and buy ECC which path is more revenue for us? DOGE TO BTC to ECC or DOGE TO LTC to ECC or DOGE to LTC to BTC to ECC? (All you need to put DOGE = X mined crypto) Get the idea? we bring this kind approachs in multi pool sector and we are original pool. We can code anything needed. As long as community supports us. We will both technically and manually analyse what we mine. We can discuss them here with you. It's easy because we can see results fast. I think you can make even external pools about what to mine. But it's more important to educate community and teach them to hold, when together acted goodwill and reputation increase on ECC, because removed worry or fear on it, see? And crypto can earn more survival. And why we need ECC to earn reputation? Because we love nature & believe in future evolution and development of cryptos? see...

thread about multipool will be in this thread or you create new one ?
I think we open new one because our system different than others it needs some education to use. You will use special config generator. This generator gives you a password. With that password you will be able to login your stats and same place will be able to take out money. also it will come some update news there, in the separate thread, we can better update people. I can still answer in both threads. I'll open the thread once i see successfully widthdrawn our first blocks reward. We doing the user login area where you receive your mined cryptos. In our system you don't have to convert (at least we start so) We will code API for exchanges after that. So we can start earlier.
