It would be healthy for the price to drop a bit from such a spike. I prefer to see slower and steadier moves : they have more chance of sticking. |

What kind of price jump do you think we will see in the next 2 weeks? I am thinking about purchasing about 50 mil ECC.
Worth it? Or not seeing as there are 50 billion ECC
Well, it's a choice you have to make, I don't know how much i would buy on top of what i've mined, but it's got a lot of things going for it... POS for one, a very active developer (which is worth so much lately) and a good community. It's rocking now with still a week or so left to mine it. |

Well, it's a choice you have to make, I don't know how much i would buy on top of what i've mined, but it's got a lot of things going for it... POS for one, a very active developer (which is worth so much lately) and a good community. It's rocking now with still a week or so left to mine it. 281 BTC |

Well, as the price has popped a little, so has the difficulty. Our friend, the cherry-picker, isn't taking nearly as many blocks as he had been. That is probably because he is being more selective and because he has more competition when his algorithm decides to try for a block. In one hour's time, he only got three blocks, for 276296, 266902 and 294582, although if you go back another couple of minutes, he got three of four blocks in a row for 260748, 293380 and 260043 ECC. It takes a while to load the page listing the mining wallet's transactions because there are so many of them. The wallet he uses for storage contains 1,191,509,757.318992 ECC. That's 96% of what he transferred in, which is down slightly from what it was earlier. Maybe he is starting to do a little profit taking? |
