My unlock wallet button is greyed out.

Yes it should be gray out unless you locked the wallet. You need to open wallet time to time to see rewards. It depends on coin age internally. So every 42 days the coin brings about some stakes. To see them you need to open close wallet preferably each week but once a month will do.

coins will not mint if wallet is left open?

had a couple of transactions sitting at 0/4 confirms for a few days now, these were both POS mint transactions.  I've had others since then that have confirmed just fine, but these are not budging.

Payouts to your ECC balance only come once a day at 03:15 UTC, you should have some ECC showing in Est. Unexchanged ECC and Estimated Exchanged ECC which will give you a rough idea of how many coins you will receive into your balance after that time.

i wanna cry... i am finally going to work and finally action is happening here...

We really should create a rule that he has to warn us before he complains about a lack of action so we get a chance to put in buy orders. This is twice now that he complained and then the price dropped down to 5 satoshi a little later.

Seems walled on mintpal. Is there some whale with big buy orders @6 and big sell orders @7 constantly making ~20% profit?

I doubt it, but if they can make it work, more power to them. That would be a game even a small trader could try to play. You couldn't tell the difference between a bunch of small traders and one large one, probably. But I suspect that it would be harder to pull off than it looks.

Anyway, the buy wall at 6 is gone now.

That's not bad for 700~khashes. This amount will vary depending on the price the coin has ,when the buy order is placed by the multipool of course.

whats the difference of the ecc coin? why should people buy/use it?? and why not cinni and asia? Cause if we look at it from a 3rd person view...
its a coin with different price only cause it has different marketcap/coin number.

I'm rather confused. Should i encrypt the wallet and have it unlocked?

Does the wallet need to be open constantly in order to stake or can I shut down the -qt client?

ECCoin has the backing of a community which wants to make real environmental change. Sure, just like any coin you've got a large percentage of users who are only in it to try and turn a profit, but we also have people who want to set up environmentally friendly projects in which ECCoin plays a central role, and that's what separates ECC from most other PoS coins.

I believe dev is not taking advantage the fact the coin is now full POS!  It should be written in the threads title IMO as POS coins seem to be what everyone wants to have right now
