Ok , i think it's time to get things moving.
First of all we need to set up a transparent company structure, so we all know who takes care for what.
Management: Hostmaster
Design: open position(s)
Marketing: usa:daywalkerneo - europe:goldmaxx - china: open position
Development: hostmaster + open positions
Support: open position(s)
Finance: open position
We really need this kind of structure in order to get things going
I'm willing to help setting this up, but only if you all agree. ..

The more the better of course, but imo it's important to put some ppl on top, so it's clear who to talk to if you need certain things to be done...
Each team can exist out of multiple people of course.
Maybe its better to divide the teams into continental area's with each time one person on top.

This is good strategy and it all depends on execution, I am afraid. But this is a very good start. Lets build on this. |

Hey if ECC is not successful it's because of my PR mistakes. What a pity, i am not so much educated on this. I have willingness but i must still miss some key data. I should admit ECC was not transparent enough. I spend premines to wrong people. My organizations mostly failed. My targets was mostly wrong. I dont speak good business english.  My reality and expectations and public's was not same. I should do the product more fit the eco system realities. Now all i can think few people should buy majority of ECCs at these cheap prices and get it to a better place. So we can fire-up our pool project on it. Host, everyone here that buy the coin are engaged with it. So, forget about YOUR mistakes. Everyone here is guilty for mistakes. At same time, we have a structure and people that do believe on eccoin. So thats most important. We are togheter on that. Lets do it. I am very happy that there are people like you, guys, that are working hard for a better future, with new possibilities. Its what we need. Lets do it! |
