I think it is a solid plan. Which is great as strategic organization will pay off.
I like hashcows as i get payments over two days when i mine for one.
Mining hiro on pool666.com has been paying off and shows the multipool support when people look at our miner statistics.

I was actually getting more potcoin mining on pool666.com than i was mining on a popular pool. 100% valid blocks found compared to the pools 2%+ loss and no mining fee thats like 4-5% i save mining with pool666.com
but i think hiro is the way to go now. or if we can integrate blake coin and global denomination we will attract alot of miners to www.pool666.com .  

Goals I have

1. We need a payment processor that is easy for merchants to adapt to their websites and local retail.

2. merge advertising social media with go pro sierra trading post algami metal bitcoin seedstore. and the getting winklevoss attention thru interacting with their radio social campaign (which is working).

3. Contests promoting ECC , Setting up an ECC electronic cigarette store with the ecc brand.

4.Setting up will a local pizzeria 3 guys pies in the london pub off of colfax in an extremely busy part of denver.

5. In works to have denver dispensaries such as peoples choice wellness of arapahoe in boulder. - as soon as i get the payment processing figured out.

6. Getting precious metal exchanges to accept eccoin. such as https://www.amagimetals.com/  here in denver.

7. Altcoin webstores , Sierra trading post  , then over stock , etc is my goal for this year.

8. on air radio and youtube promotional videos. with musical celebrities and actors actresses i meet in colorado.
such as chong , D-loc from kotton mouth kings.   And Wiz Kalifa as his group is interested in bitcoins etc.


These are not really that hard at all to do if done correctly professionally and without a unorganized rush.

What do we expect?

4 Support: You take care of all possible troubles that our clients might encounter

I have the same idea, but hostmaster say, he want to develop his multipool to be number 1 at first, then think abut getting on different project.
