  Plus I think bounties for advertising on your car and posting pictures will be highly effective. and we can let the local news agencies to a story on it as its such a new trend. Even more free advertising on a big scale.

car clubs are great things to sponsor for advertising and to use ecc as they use a ticket stub system already and slowly we can integrate ecc for fairs  carnivals etc that use ticket stubs for food ,game and ride purchases here in the American Amusement parks.

We can integrate ecc as a tipping currency for car shows. I happen to be in a major car club called the street affiliates out of west baltimore and throughout the country. They win car audio competitions weekly. and we should send them a sample of paper wallets to learn about ecc and use ase tips during the car shows. alot on night club promoters are at the shows and radio stations who talk with reporters who can see ecc in action 1st hand.

Is there any light in the end of the tunnel?
I invested nice amount of BTC few months ago, didn't sell on the pump to 8-9 sat (foolish me i guess....) because I really believed in the success of this coin....
Multipool is nice, but its very old news.... crypto has moved forward since the hype around BC's multipool...
Is the team planning anything else in the near future?

Emotively, ECCoin by itself doesn't really connect with me as a trader.

I think it would be a good idea to really simply just add the full name of the abbreviation of ECCoin on the website. Otherwise it looks all too common as yet another PoW/PoS crypto and with a vague acronym brand name.

Plus the sell wall on this coin @ only 2 Satoshis on Mintpal is a huge handbrake on any action in the near term.

Don't get me wrong, this coin (as a professionally serious crypto) has potential. It just needs a few communication tweaks and some promotion to break down the trade wall.

Emotively, ECCoin by itself doesn't really connect with me as a trader.

Or "Everyone Can coin" or "European Community coin".. the ambiguity is both potentially amusing, and a barrier to clear market segmentation, unless you market the ambiguity as a differentiating feature in its own right?  I think "E-Commerce Coin" has some strong advantages as a name when considering a way forward as something which can be spent.

The problem on the sell-wall-war is scrypt asics.. professional miners are mining the crap out of anything they can find and placing puts on the market to offload their minings.

The only counter to that is forward-looking activities which focus on turning ECCoin into something useable (i.e. give it value).  Being able to spend it, coupled with advertising those spending opportunities, is the only way to boost a speculative market where people buy and hold ECC as a long-term bet on it becoming worth something, and counteract the constant selling pressure.

The problem in getting retailers to accept ECCoin as payment, is they need to be able to record it as a fiat-currency value in their accounting, and convert easily between fiat/ECC, which is made hard by the large sell walls, as they reduce both the value, and the liquidity of any ECC holdings.

We're in a catch-22.

However, I think ECC has a reasonably interested community, and some of the right attributes to make it interesting in the long-term (including lots of coins - people much prefer to deal in whole numbers when buying/selling.. fractions/decimals scare many people).  The challenge we face is turning that interest into actual forward momentum, by identifying a clear target segment and marketing ECC at both them and crypto-supporting retailers.

edit: There is one other thing which could be done about the miming.. reduce supply by reducing the block reward, which increases the time taken to hit total coins.  However that would require a hard-fork and new wallets (I don't know how well distributed ECC hash power is?).

We develop special pool api so we can offer other coins pools they will be connected to main pool. When small pools connected main pool we can have more miners that enough to find blocks. Otherwise we can't grow multipool like this. We spend some money to lease miners but we need over 200mhs to find one block of dark or any big coin.
