ok the takeover thread locked must be a sign that they merge with hostmaster and try together organize a wallet fix and future steps for ECC
at least i hope so.....
Ok, first of all...I did NOT lock the takeover thread...I am wondering who did... Second, I contacted Hostmaster after he send me the PM, one week ago. He still did not answer to me, although I stated the importance of immediate action! The take over was a necessary action...I don't get it why some of you don't get this... it's ok, i allow you to takeover. As to The fork issue, i still host two ECC nodes on dedicated servers. we need to release new QT and alert all node users to update. I need to know more detail about issue.

Thank you HostMaster!!
This shows that you care about ECC. Now that Hostmaster agrees to give the repository owner rights to the new team, the new team can start to fix the wallet without having any problems with the exchanges.
In my opinion it would be a pre if the new team works together with HostMaster if he wants that.

I agree... Now the first thing to do is make sure we have a new wallet and are all on the same fork! I also sugest we keep the fork mintpal is on... Regards Goldmaxx

Regards Goldmaxx Goldmaxx, Griffith Karma had to maintain 140 and greater price on the litecoin market to be relisted on the BTC. Any coin on mintpal that sits at 3sat or lower gets dropped to the LTC market. (Karm was at 180 yesterday (was a good buy) and hit 2sat) Wallet fix plus block explorer and the market will be able to trade/hold/transfer back and forth from exchanges again as wallets will be unfrozen. At which point we will see how the market views ECC.... Good to see potential developing again.

stupid "takeover". Next time before you do it, think if you are technically capable. Now let the original dev fix the fork issues.

I think some big coin holders did not upgrade their wallet thus the latest checkpoint was not followed. Other wallets are getting these nodes with different block chains so it's not syncing properly.

There were two forks 195k and 197k. When fixed, old versions will follow the true chain. ...currently working on it.
