Sa tagal kong andito sa forum napansin ko na sobrang daming newbies every year nadadagdagan at kung sa totoo lang hindi ako makapaniwala sa dami dahil hindi pa naman ganoon kalaganap ang forum na ito sa iba, karamihan sa kanila ay alam ang bitcoin pero walang idea sa forum na to.

Ano sa tingin niyo tama ba ang hinala ko na maraming alternative accounts or multiple accounts dahil sa rason na mahirap solusyonan ito.

Para sa akin may point ka sir. Karamihan sa mga accoint dito mga alt account lang ng mga bounty hunter lalo na noong di pa na uso ang merit system ang dali lang gumawa ng account at mag pa rank up meron ako kilala morethan 50 accounts meron siya ginawa ng full time job ang pag bbounty campaign in fairness naman sa kanya kumita talaga sya ng malaki nung kasagsagan ng bull run ng 2017 ngayon may sarili ng business at mga sasakyan.

noon madami talagang lumalabas na alts na nagmumula sa newbie dahil na din sa abusong ginagawa sa mga signature campaign noon kasi talagang sagana ang weekly signature campaign kya yung iba gagawa ng mga accounts at ifafarm nila pero since nag simula yung merit system ang daming na abandon na mga accounts dahil talagang mahihirapang makakuha ng mga merit.

Kabayan sa palagay ko, paniguradong multi-accts yung karamihan sa mga newbie. Kasi ako bilang newbie, marami pa akong kailangan mg intindihin sa forum na to, at takot pa ako magpost post ng kung ano ano lalo na sa lending section. Pero napapansin kobsa mga kapwa ko newbie, para bang ang dami na nilang alam kaagad. Kasi sa nga nababasa ko lalo na sa lending section. And daming newbie na gusto kaagad magloan kahit sobrang unknown pa nila. At karamihan din sa mga scammers newbies. And tama ka hindi pa kilala masyado ang forum na to sa pinas and yet dami biglang newbies everyday. Scammers will do anything, hide everything. Masakit lang dun, kapwa nating mga filipino pa ung nangloloko. Kung sa gambling sites nga dami ng alts pano pa kya dito. Hehe un lang naman. Salamat

As one of the member here in the forum making another account is not recommended especially if the new account is for ban evasion then you're breaking the rules so better to stick to your accounts to improve your knowledge and to focus studying bitcoin or cryptocurrency here in the forum. Don't break the rules to make your account clean and ban free.

You have a point there, that's the reason why users do spam in the mega thread or even here in the local section because of that's all they know. They are lack of knowledge when it comes in the forum. Luckily as I noticed the numbers of newly comers here are decreased because of the implemented merit system which spammers are hard to gain even single merit as a required to rank up and probably they will get tired on that and quit in spamming the forum.

Isa lang naman ang rason kung bakit marami ang gumagawa ng multiple accounts dito dahil sa para madami sila kitain sa mga bounties or airdrops. Tingin ko masusulosyunan at maiiwasan ang bagay na eto kung ang lahat ng nagpapabounty at airdrop ay magtalaga ng KYC para sa mga sasali, ng sa gayon ay para mabawas bawasan yung mga sumasali na mayroong multiple accounts.

You have a point there, that's the reason why users do spam in the mega thread or even here in the local section because of that's all they know. They are lack of knowledge when it comes in the forum. At least things are being done to prevent spamming, and merit has been the goal to improve your posting quality. It's great to see that, and especially, a lot of people are growing with themselves. I'm just curious if there is still a lot of people who are using alt accounts to multiply their earning.


I'm also curious about why there are a lot of people who know cryptocurrency and not know bitcointalk. There are a lot of people that I talked to who are into trading crypto but is not a member, so I wonder where they get info or something like that.

Luckily as I noticed the numbers of newly comers here are decreased because of the implemented merit system which spammers are hard to gain even single merit as a required to rank up and probably they will get tired on that and quit in spamming the forum.

And I hope that system will stay forever. Yeah! I know that the traffic generated by each one of us matters a lot for this forum because it is the soul which keeps it alive, however, huge traffic is not worthy if most of it only composed of nonsense stuffs. If I will be asked for my opinion regarding this issue over and over again, I still show my support to merit system (no hesitations at all). I would rather choose to suffer from not able to rank than watching spammers, scammers, shitposters and even bots can easily pollute our forum.

Probably because they are too focused on doing their personal business and just get answers for their queries like the usual — through Google and Youtube.

Kahit ako nung nagsisimula pa lang sa crypto, di ko pa nalaman ang forum na ito hanggang kinalaunan sa pag search napadpad ako dito at unti unting nadaragdagan aking kaalaman di lang sa pagkita ng pera kundi sa kaalaman tungkol sa crypto.

Ok lang naman siguro kahit dalawa importante ay wala kang ganagawang bawal or nang spam sa kapariha mo at ginagamit mo ito sa tama na walang inargabyadong iba. Ginawa naman itong furom para kumita rin at matoto ng husto sa tulong ng ibang user.

Well, crypto users/traders =/= member/knows bitcoin talk. It's not a requirement for crypto traders to first create an account in bitcointalk. I myself know a number of people engaged in crypto or are traders but do not have an account here. Besides, there's plenty of other sources for them to find out about crypto and trading other than this forum. It may be true that there are plenty of traders here trying to keep up to date but I'm pretty sure that others have found out about trading through other means. Bitcointalk may be the OG platform/forum for crypto but it's not the only one.

Or it's possible that the other traders are simply not so chatty or are not interested in reading.

Sa pag kaka alam ko brad ang kyc ay hindi inembento para mag terminate ng abusers . ang kyc ay ginawa lamang para makapasa sa regulation ng mga banko .

Ngayon tungkol naman sa mga bounty abuser meron namang ways para maka iwas ang owner dito  .  depende nalang sa kanila kong idadagdag nila ito sa rules or hindi  .

It is not a requirement for crypto traders but for those who are interested in cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcointalk, it's the part where everything aligns. I have met some people who are not aware of this forum either, but it doesn't mean that it's needed. For me, this is the most trusted forum that you could ever use as a source of information.

Anyways, it is possible that some people may not be interacting, but it would be nice too, you know? I think with additional people in here, and it could be more exciting and not the same people with different accounts. Lol.

Agree with you brader, simula ng madaming kumita sa airdrop/bounties noon madami ng nahilig sa pagcri-crypto at siguradong kailangan nilang gumawa ng account sa forum na ito para makasali sa mga bounties kaya sigurado akong mas dumadami pa ang Filipino crypto users.

Way back 2016 sobrang konti lang ng mga bounty hunters at ang daming campaign na BTC ang bayad hindi ka mauubusan.

Yes, before merit system has been implemented you only need 240 days to get your account to SR. Member rank and that time sr.rank already getting good income from bounty campaigns.

With the introduction of Merit system, Alts creation and account selling has been in decline and its good for the overall health of the forum fighting against farming of accounts.

kahit kailangan pa nga mag bayad madaming account padin sila grabe yung mga spammers ang daming mga ip nila dapat kailangan ng ip ban yung mga banned spammers para mawala na talaga dito sa forum, sana hindi umaacept yung mga bounty campaign ng mga madaming account para magiging fair yung nag participated fairly.

The problem is, some bounty managers/bounty campaigns doesn't care about such things, basta dumami lang members ng campaigns nila, okey nayun, kahit ilang libong alt accounts pa andun.
They doesn't impose heavy rules to avoid such way of cheating to happen. But, in the few campaigns that I managed, I'm proud to say na iilan 'lang nahuli ko na kapwa Pinoy who blatantly enrolled multiple accounts ('Di ko 'lang alam sa ibang campaigns  ). So I guess the influx of newbie accounts dito sa ating local board is really an organic growth (I hope so) hindi biglang dumami because of numerous alternate accounts.

Alt account rin ang alam ko lalo na noon, Hindi pa kasi introduce yun Merit system dito sa forum kaya kung gumawa ka ng account basta active ka lang mag post mag rank up within months. Eh ngayon umuuso yun mga account na nabubuhay after many years binebenta nila.
