As there are hundreds of new ICO's every week but unfortunately most of them are scams atleast more than 30% of new ICO's are scam and if things go like this then people will lose trust on ICO. Kindly help me with your suggestions about filtering scammers.
In addition, the ICO is also often used as a place to raise funds quickly for scammers. But investors' enthusiasm to keep investing in ICO keeps the ICO project trusted. It is indeed very difficult to distinguish between real and fraudulent ICOs but some people do analysis on team members of the project whether it is real or just a lie and so far this method is still effective to do.

I'm hoping in the future we can have regulations to screen out those ICOs and minimize or eliminate those scammers. Yeah your right, this can scammers will hurt the ICOs in there launching as those investors will lose there confidence in investing if those fake projects will exist.

Currently many ICOs are fraudulent but I think the ICO will continue as this is the fastest form of calling for blockchain ideas. And the ICO will attract investors because ICO is also a way to earn Fast profit in short time with investors.

I think the best way for you to avoid scam ICOs is to really research all needed information about the project. Especially right now that scammers tend to be sophisticated also in their deceiving victims. Check out the platform if itis really feasible. The credibility of the team running it, and the capacity of the project to carry it long-term and surpass the competition. Community support of the project should be considered too.

It sad to see how many scam project came out and just ruin the good vision of crypto.
It hardly to know scam project directly cause they are more skilled that of before and we just realize it when somebody get notice that is just a scam at all. Yes, truly make people to step out from crypto if they have experience like these, that's why we should give time to filtered before having an investment in a certain ICO or just not spend to much in ICO rather than to buy existed coins in the market.

Before participating in any ICO  I often deeply research the project. My advice is to pay attention to whether the projects have a ready-made product as it is some kind of guarantee that it is not a scam as well as long termed activity before ICO. It is an indicator that team goes straight to their goal and will not give up.

Blockchain is still a new technology. So many people want to start with this technology, also does not exclude many components of people that want to take advantage of it to scam investor. In my opinion, the first thing you should find out about the team of project, Linkedin profile of them and they have done KYC/AML or not, Do they have a reputation in the industry?

The next step, read project's whitepaper and make a comparison to see if there is a copy of another project's whitepaper or not. Should check slowly and carefully. If it copies the whitepaper from another project then skip it, don't invest.

This is my experience. Maybe have other ways.

I don't think it's too much to worry about. ICOs continue to emerge in free market conditions. They will compete again in the same market conditions and the losers will disappear.

The future of lazy people in crypto is not good! They will keep losing! Because they never read, never try hard to learn something! Everything has a good side and a bad side. People are making tremendous money from the ICOs projects and some people are losing them all money by investing in ICOS! But why is this difference? Because of One invest with proper knowledge, they read and try to find a good ICO. And who failed to do it, they face the only scam ICO, they can't see Good ICO for investment.

The future of ICO is good, People will keep investing in good ICOs projects. ICO will remain until the bitcoin remains!

In General, it can be concluded that the concept of the initial placement of coins is still at the initial stage of its development. Given the rapid progress in blockchain development, there is no doubt that we will see even more innovation in the future. In the meantime, the ICO may be subject to regulation by the governments and the network itself. At the moment, industry experts are very positive about the future of ICO. At the same time, it should be noted that there are significant risks in this market, and it should work only after special training in this area.

ICO now, like the entire crypto-currency market is experiencing a small crisis. But as soon as the market recovers, the investment in ICO is also activated.

As for scammers, this is really a very serious problem. And the sooner there is a way to avoid scammers or not to allow them to conduct ICO all the better. Maybe it will be coordinated measures that contradict in general the basic principle of the crypto currency - I am about centralization.

As a gift hunter, try to look at ICO Beach about the ICO rating you want to follow. Then, try visiting the website and the team in the project. This is what I do.

That is totaly true, these days many scam ICO occur. That should be the reason for any investors to be more and more careful when selecting an ICO project to invest on. If not we could easily get scammed.

I am only surprised that governments do not care about it Wink. There is not a big problem to find out whos is the receiver of Bitcoin or Ethereum transactions. So why there are still so many projects with no or fake team? How can they still scam people for million dollars?

Honestly, it is a very risky option these days. as you said a lot of ICO`S are ended as scams. There is no real option to filter them, yes there are a lot of rating sites but I think most of them are selling their ratings. we saw top rated projects became scams.i think avoiding ICOs is the safest option with current market condition unless you are a whale.

This is a very difficult topic. Many projects become scams. There are very few criteria one of them is the representatives of the company.
