Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

As there are hundreds of new ICO's every week but unfortunately most of them are scams atleast more than 30% of new ICO's are scam and if things go like this then people will lose trust on ICO. Kindly help me with your suggestions about filtering scammers.

That's very lower actually it's more higher than that, I'm glad there are people and group that exposes these scam Ico check out the scam accusations thread if you want to check the latest scam ICO you might be promoting some of it, we should have a group like this dedicated to expose scam and fraud ICO.

Of course, yes, many say that ICO has already outlived its time, but this is not the case, because very large funds are wielded in the crypto currency, and the temporary decline in the market is related to the unresolved issue of the regulation of crypto

I think the best way for you to avoid scam ICOs is to really research all needed information about the project. Especially right now that scammers tend to be sophisticated also in their deceiving victims. Check out the platform if itis really feasible. The credibility of the team running it, and the capacity of the project to carry it long-term and surpass the competition. Community support of the project should be considered too.

I agree with your opinion...
Currently, we’re know and see too many new breakthrough regarding the world of blockchain with all the information of each project on dissimilar implementation and so to-end a scam.

Because the absence to regulations or terms of the criteria for a new project. So even though it's right of start-up developer we should actually be careful especially investors & small player also includes hunters.

And I think all should be thinking, researching about project before the following or contribution. That's the world of internet and (tech blockchain, there no regulations which can be set,  Smiley The Independently)

if the current ICO system is still like this, I think the ICO will not last long because it will be left by investors unless there is a system that selects ICOs that are eligible to be published in a forum like this with it can minimize fraud in the ICO.

It is really hard to scan it if the ICO will be a good one or not but sometimes you can see it when the team failed to show a good whitepaper and a project because with that a team will surely wants to collect a money without a good future on the project that they released but it also doesnt mean if a team has a good whitepaper and almost perfect presentation of their project means that they will be good and must be able to invest now.

scammers usually if they make an ICO they make the latest bitcointalk account and often promise a lot of profit, basically if we see a project that scams the signs will be seen later.
My advice is to get used to participating in projects that menagernya often succeed in managing projects.

Always check who's behind the team of project, and see their ideas, if you think it is not really good to pick, don't invest on it. Or you can make community or join some community of investor so you can get knowledge about investment.

ICO is full of new scams and fraud, it is not easy to stop them. Bounty managers also help, they will recognize fraud and also help you while filling the current form. You can avoid fraud. When you recognize the idea of product, ICO, you will be able to identify the loss or profit. Work with the ICO team of select and trustworthy people. You can avoid such losses.

Too many scam projects certainly have a negative influence on the development of crypto, I didn't think that there were too many projects that made the competition so tight and difficult that many projects failed to achieve softcap.

In my point of view the future of ICO will depend on how many we can find ICO legit and ICO will have bright future if on upcoming ICO projects there will be no more scam ICO or the percentages from scam ICO decrease rapidly but if the situations more worst than i mentioned above then we have to realize eventually people will moving away from ICO projects because people do not want to lost their money

Ico will continue to exist, and because crypto is very popular, many groups make ico a scam for profit. This is returned to our own, we must take the time to do ico research first to avoid scams.

I think 80% of the ICO projects are scam. I have invested in several projects, see through the very good whitepaper, the process of selling ICO is also very good. However, after that, the project team did not have the promised development plan and the project was dying.

Always check their team, roadmap and most of all whitepaper because sometimes the team are just fake profiles of well-known people or some random people who are being used as their developer or founder in their team and also the whitepaper because sometimes it is plagiarized in another whitepaper so make sure you check those three and also check their ICO in some ICO rating sites like ICO bench because they will do the job for you in checking the important things in their ICO, and most of all becareful.

I believe their future is great, I do feel regulation will enter as its the wild west at the moment. People need security in their investments and we need a lot of these worthless projects to climb back into the holes once they came from.

I believe that ICO will continue to exist as a way of investing. Yes, there are problems with scammers, but this one is said to be the cost of production. Scammers are in all areas of our lives, and the crypto currency is no exception. You just need to be more careful and responsible in choosing the project

If today the situation with the ICO does not change for the better, I mean that today there will be no new tools that can change the situation with a scam in the market, then we can say that the market will simply die.

I think the future every ICO's that are coming out every week is depends on the process if it will succed or not. ICO's are somehow considering the sales and advertisement of it in it's campaign period. The team who will hold the ICO must have a bright idra and a good strategies in order to run the ICO smoothly. And the future of ICO will affect if the campaign period are popular and have a good sales. And be cautious in choosing a project ICO's to avoid scammers.
