I think many people afraid to invest in the ICO, FUD, SCAM and fail ICO everyday, I have the experience invested the fail ICO before, even the ICO is not successful finally, I still have not received my fund after 6 months, and the team is disappearing now.

With the 6 months frame without any signs that the ICO team is willing to pay those investors and participants then dont expect from them anymore. That is the worst thing if you put your money then there is no return anymore unlike when you only put an effort and only particpate it is not that kind of frustrating.

if until later there is no regulation for ico, I think it will further reduce the interested investment again. currently there are many ico who are really bad in terms of products, especially technology. most of the many ico projects only aim to raise funds as big as possible. this is a bad thing

I think its not just 30% it can increase to 80% ICO are scams based on the video on youtube that I've watch. In order for us to filter scammers, we should consider certain things. You should see first their whitepaper if it has quality contents, you can also see their website if it already raised fund, you can also check their thread if it is well organize, another thing is to read messages in their telegram groups. Others might already question their admin and if majority acts like this, be cautious enough.

its really hard to know early which ICO was scam or not, unless we do very proper research on ICO and follow every upate in their community. Comparing with similar project, asking every detail of what developer's write down about their roadmap and project, and even know exactly every developer's and advisor's track record and experiences. The most importaant thing is you have to investigate every detail of the project, and most of project who offers crypto debit card are highly scam.

Have you seen that? These guys are investing in the ico want to earn money for short term. Remember when ubex worth more than 4x from its price and then if you sold all of your stash and you have been getting decent money from there but so many investors in competition to dump their coin as fast as possible and that gives a very bad impact that created big bearish to the token.

But I think the ICO is a long-term investment that is not the way to make money fast as people still imagine. And I would like governments to come up with laws that oblige ICO preparation companies to be very strict

Now ETH is very low and peoples do not agree to invest that bad market, so many ICO project do not get enough fund by selling token. For this reason, many ICO going away from the market, that we calling its scam. Not only that's a matter, some ICO project come on market for future scam planning. We should check step by step of an ICO before invest.
