dirty secret? when media say buy go quick sell or cutloss and when media say sell hodl coz it's a trap and you regret not hodling.
What's my point? don't believe all what you read. Analyze and think for yourself. Don't believe in sepf proclaimed guru unless you have proven for yourself that that person deserve to be trusted with their insights and trading view. Most of all, dude, this is old cliche and passe but beware of FUD amd FOMO.

Sometimes panic selling is the right thing to do, and sometimes it is also the wrong thing to do. Just always keep in mind that we, I mean everyone, have strategy in managing our portfolio, even in our daily trading. As long as we can control our portfolio, it's okay. Then when you think it's best to sell, you can do it. This should be done after some thoughts based on your situation and projection for some times ahead.  Just don't do selling for no reason, I mean don't only follow those know-nothing-situation reaction.

Gonna stop others if they feel uncomfortable with the current situation we have and make their decision to do selling even in low price.  A lot of times we've been shouting to keep holding and never do panic selling but they might get hard to control their emotions and just commenting suicide.

You do not say so! I have seen only a few guys, who understood their mistakes. Most of the fellows choose the wrong path again and make the same missteps. Most of the panic sellers and traders always repeat their mistakes.
