News are not making a significant effect in the market now unlike before. Some views that tokens getting on big volume exchange can improve the price has changed, even if it affects the price it doesn't last a while before it goes dip. There are also regular delisting of tokens in recent days.

Coin prices have not based the news that company gives about their progress but based on the market cap, once the market starts recovering we can expect the price will start increasing and when the price is increasing if we here any positive news then the price will reach to new heights.

indeed not all news can affect market price movements. and the advice you say in my opinion is very true. sometimes someone is very focused on the news they read, but in the end the market situation is inversely proportional to the news that exists. indeed the news can affect the market, but I think it would be better if we tried to find out what the market would do when the main economic report was published. and that might be clearer and make the benefit of a trader. and I think we all have to be good at choosing news. do not get to the news, we will suffer losses.

100% true. It is the news, which determines the price movement in the case of crypto-currency. And this is different from the case with equities or mutual funds, where the movement depends on other factors such as revenue and income.

There are better news this year than in the last. Why are we still where we are looking at the price of the coin?

This is the problem of a textbook trader. In my opinion, textbook trading sometimes is not applicable when it comes to dealing with cryptocurrency as this is not usually affetcted by global economic cirsis or any forms like that. When you trade and get easily affected by the news, you can really lose money. This was my practice before, when bad news about the coins comes up, I sell my  coins. Someone told me, that when bad publicities are showing, this is a good time to buy because tendencies are people will sell and prices will go down. When the news are all good and people are getting hyped, then this is a good time to sell.

actually I often trade when there is good news that can trigger cryptocurrency price movements because I see every good news that coin prices can be very expensive and the price movements are very fast.
