In my opinion, I believe that there are still good and promising new ICO's in the market. There are still many people who believed that there is still a good ICO coin that could give them good return of investment and a bounty campaign to participate. I also believe that to be able to get a good ICO, try to do more research and make some comparison with the other new ICO in the crypto market and select the best among the rest of the promising ICO.

Many has had significant profits from ICO and have developed some interest for it. However, despite the numerous scam projects out there, there are equally legit ones and so why not take some risks.

The thing is that not every investor should even be considered an investor, simply because a whole lot of them never even had any experience investing and like you said, they just heard with ICO you can make shit tons of money and they just hop into it, without even asking questions, no knowledge and they are just looking for the idea of making that quick money.

This is my opinion as a non investor, I think the investors still have faith in cryptocurrency that they think it will change the future, and they are sure on the project they invest in aren't a scam project that will just taking away their money.

It's really difficult to choose ICO carefully, since most ICO, even scam ICO looks really legitimate for investors to notice. ICO is one of the best time for investors to get decent amount of coins or tokens at cheaper price. That is why some are risking their money, expecting that they will get some decent profit from it.

I think the investors still learning about every ICO projects and if they found that there is a good ICO and it's profitable, I think they will buy and keep the tokens for a long time. I don't think that the investors want to spend their money without they know the advantages of one ICO because, in the end, they want to make a profit in a short time and in a long time.
