If no additional funding is required they why initial investors are interested and are those are your private investors and how does the project will develop? why again to spend some money for a new fundraising company ICO by not developing the same system in the existing venture ? this seems completely complicated to my sense of analysis .

Why Qatar should restrict BRoyal they may do get some legal permissions before they proceed with the project, did you analyse all the information by even referring to their white papers ?
