I prefer if the inventor of bitcoin keeps it a secret to avoid the cons. even though bitcoin is growing very rapidly. it would be better to keep secret because there are certainly many people who will look for it

Let him just hide his identity. Nakamoto has a personal life and doesn't want to interfere the messy environment once people know his real identity. And most of us already accept the fact that even if we do not know his face, bitcoin is successful now, it does not affect any circumstances if ever.

Although the inventor of bitcoin, which is often referred to as Satoshi Nakamoto, has never shown his identity, but I am very grateful to him. People who have contributed to us all, especially fans of bitcoin. Thank you, Mr. Satoshi Nakamoto !!

We don't actually know who was the one who invented Bitcoins.
We just assume that a group of programmers or a individual person named "Satoshi Nakomoto" programmed the scrypts and invented bitcoins to carry out anonymous transactions.
Perhaps bitcoins were introduced as a anonymous currency and was mostly used in illegal works so thats why the owner of bitcoins or the one who invented bitcoins is not revealing his identity.
I would personally love to see the one who invented bitcoins.

Anonymity is the essential purpose of bitcoin and so does the creator of it. If he reveal himself that would put him more pressure particularly during this bitcoin crisis of deeper price decline many investors would him into blame as he could not make any action on how to make the bitcoin price more higher. Many greedy investors would hunt him down not just the government, they will hunt him not to arrest him but to make some bitcoin code distortion that would favor the interest of the government and other greedy investors and whales.
Many people have tried to discover the real identity behind the name of satoshi nakamoto, but it is not really important to know that, satoshi created bitcoin in such a way that we can verify that many of his assertions are true, so we do not need to trust in him, if you have the knowledge you can look at the code and see that everything is okay.

too many considerations must be considered if satoshi nakamoto appears and testifies that he is the creator of bitcoin. because it will not be good for his life and for the survival of bitcoin
many people who are now always looking for the original figure behind the name Satoshi Nakamoto with the aim of seeking profit for themselves.
I believe that Satoshi Nakamoto always pays attention to every bitcoin development and he will be consistent not to admit that he is the maker of bitcoin at any time.

Many believed that the inventor of Bitcoin wants to remain anonymous to avoid legal consequences as what happened during 2007 about E-Gold, one of the first digital money (Bernard, 2017). On the other hand, I think it would be better if the founder of Bitcoin will reveal his identity since many countries recognized the essence of this cryptocurrency.

If this might happen, it will contribute for more development of digital currency and regulations in Bitcoin procedures. Also, the acknowledgement must be given for the person who invented the most efficient digital currency in our society.

What are your thoughts?

The different think between E-Gold and bitcoin is on the team. E-Gold controlled by company or person but not with bitcoin, thats why bitcoin dont break any rules and bitcoin is store of value and used for peer to peer transaction

Maybe nobody knows for sure who created Bitcoin, but a lot of the news that pioneered bitcoin is Satoshi Nakamoto. No one has known Satoshi Nakamoto's identity even though many people have been searching for it. Maybe the inventor of bitcoin doesn't want to reveal his identity because he wants to avoid counter.

Why does it matter who the founder is? Bitcoin is doing great and we should just be happy that we even have BTC.... Did you care who created cash? No but you bet you are glad it exists.

Bitcoin is an unregulated digital currency that can be used to purchase goods, services online, illicit drugs online etc.It began in 2009 and transactions were anonymously. The anonymity makes it easier for some Bitcoin-users to do many wrong activities.
On the other hand Bitcoin is being recognized as a growing, powerful technology that is helping many small businesses to flourish.
In the past we all know about the silk road trades and the invention of bitcoin seems like that it had been created solely for that purpose but as time passed by slowly it became mass adoption and now its almost spread at each and every corner of the world.
And as long as people are making money no-one really does not care about his/their identity.

Well, many people lost their money on bitcoin's ups and downs. Definitely he is not the one to blame but people might be inadequate when it comes to their capital. If he (or she?) doesn't reveal the personality there might be a big reason for that.

The founders of bitcoin did everything right that they did not disclose their identity, otherwise the launch could not have been.

There is no need for Satoshi to reveal his Identity, as many factors may play against him but not the bitcoin, as to why he invented something that is beyond the control of the government and a threat to a centralized system. As we write, bitcoin has gone beyond Satoshi himself. There is certainly nothing he can do about the bitcoin network now, as the control of the entirely network is not resting on any sole body or person. So staying anonymous is okay. Lets stop and think for a moment: "The name Satoshi Nakamota is more of a mystery than one could easily decode". It's just like the author of "The Mafia Manager" called the V, who is reputed to keeping a several residence, and whose present residence is a guided secret.

Well said!
Satoshi's identity is unnecessary now, and can only serve to satisfy the curiosity: "how does bitcoin inventor look like?"
Revealing his identity now may just end up endangering his life. So, It's better he stays a mistery.

but in term of general knowledge, we know who created cash. we don't care who did this. but this information is available. in the same point of view knowing or not knowing bitcoin's founder doesn't affect bitcoin's value and price itself. but we at least have this knowledge who is the real face behind this big revolutionary technology of the 21st century.

In August 2008, the domain name bitcoin.org was quietly registered online. Two months later, a paper entitled 'Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System' was passed around a cryptography mailing list.

The paper is the first instance of the mysterious figure, Satoshi Nakamoto's appearance on the web, and permanently links the name "Satoshi Nakamoto" to the cryptocurrency.

I really do wonder if Satoshi will ever return again and use his coins for a good cause, however most believe he is already dead and his coins are lost forever.
