Im om with waiting, I just dont understand why transaction is not resend to mempool and stays dated Feb 11. Previously, when I sent low  comission transactions, they were resent every 5-7 days, till they were confirmed. Now during 18 days nothing happened with transactions.

By default, this time is 336 hours = 14 days (github/bitcoin) for the Core client, and all full nodes and pools use Core.
But there are no guarantees. Each node throws out old transactions at its discretion.
I sent out your TRX and it became visible again (I hope in all nodes). At least in BTC. com it was not. Now there is. If it doesn't go away in the next twenty-four hours, I wouldn't do anything else. CPFP only. But it will be too expensive: the large size of the TRX.
