Should investors trust ethereum anymore?

It's their decision whether they will have their trust rating on ethereum decrease or will remain. I think ethereum is just having a sluggish price movement that it seems to stuck in the bearish trend. But despite all that, most of new projects are in favor of using the smart contract blockchain for their tokens.

There is no reason not to trust ETH. You should know that the whole market goes down, not just one down ETH. It is called a common ground. EOS is experiencing a bad situation that it can not develop new 3.0 technology, the team still can not solve the problem. That is a dangerous thing for investors. So consider carefully.

Downing the price of the ethereum is normal, I believe that this coin is more better than the coin that you think. Why still many ICO are using Erc20 because they believe the next king is the ethereum. I see yhe potential of this coin and I trust it and Im feeling safe invested my money to ethereum.

Actually bitcoin is the preffered coin over the all other altcoins in the market as it is the widely used cryptocurrency with a considerable daily volume.
I think Ethereum foundation should resolve the scalability issues as soon as possible to get a decent reputation as there are few other competitors with better transaction speed. This would give the investors more confidence as start ups and companies need high transaction speed blockchain in order to use Ethereum blockchain which makes more demand for ETH.
OP told that EOS becoming more popular. EOS had security issues at their main net launch. I never expected such a blockchain from them as they raised billions in the ICO and should have launched a far better blockchain if they wisely used their cash. I see EOS price movement as a speculation.

Its still breathing and even though its price plunge to lowest level but come to think its still high compared into last years price.ETH is still performing well come to think its still on no.2 and also not only eth is suffering on such decline but also on all coins in the market including btc. There might be some rumors but it cant really be proven yet we do see on our own eyes on the current market condition and we do see support of tokens mentioned above.

True, price must compared with price all time and not only from it's peak or when people jump from it. At past ETH price very small and now even it is not very big, it is good for Ethereum and we must keep support it.

I still trust ethereum. This is just another huge organized attack on top coins. It is just like the EOS drama. Big whales like this so they can make a lot once the storm starts to settle and everyone has forgot it and starting buying again. Why most posts here are just about etherium? Why shouldn't investors trust etherium? If you ask me, those entering etherium at this time will be having a good chance as the price is actually very low, it all depends how long you intend to hold, If you are a day trader, you can just take advantage of the fluctuations and make profit within it. There is a lot of hype around EOS as a killer of ETH, but I don’t think that's going to happen. EOS has some advantages over ETH. Nevertheless, centralization of EOS is a serious obstacle for project development.

EOS is really a potential altcoin with a professional team. But they are having problems in their development phase. That's why the price of the EOS dropped sharply from $ 20 to $ 5 in just a few months. I always support the old and the quality, I still believe in ETH.

I think so. I mean ethereum as proved itself to be a great coin and people have used it for years and it became the second best coin with regards to marketcap after fighting for freedom from ethereum classic and dethroned litecoin as the second biggest coin.

After all that fighting and climbing if you are still not trusting ethereum just because it dropped in price a bit than you are in wrong and you should take a look at it again and check the reasons why ethereum has fallen too much. If you check the price and why it dropped you will see that the price is undervalued right now and you should collect as much of it as you can.

I think Ethereum can be trusted. As long as he holds his position. Vitalik Buterin promised to amend the technical part of the coin (to increase the speed of transactions). If this happens, the Ethereum will rise in price.
