Getting banned for joining in airdrops?

Hi There

Does anyone know how you can complete an airdrop when it's requested of you to complete the details in here (bitcointalk), via twitter name etc, as if we are unable to complete the airdrop we are not going to be able to receive the coins for the other parts that have been completed.

Is there a way around this as not all airdrops require you to do anything other than those listed, some run without bounty's attached so these are considered low task items, but if you enter the airdrop, you then get banned for seven days?

Can anyone offer guidance and support on this as if people are doing the same they will all be getting banned!
