From decentralizing to fund raising?

Am I the only one here wondering why jr members demoted from their rank? And there is a revised system again that we need to pay for our membership rank as alternative for merits(correct me if I'm wrong),where's the noble objective of Mr.Nakamoto now? He was aiming to decentralized not to raise funds,what this people doing on the forum?
