What is the biggest ICO you have ever seen (In terms of How big is Hard-cap)?

1. I just checked it out, it looks like really big project. Big names are involved(FlyEmirates, Lufthansa...) If it is true then it is biggest ICO so far.
2. Well beside BitFly, i have seen Mobius who raised 39 million hardcap. Very good.
3. I think ICO' s are still a thing but people are more cautious when investing in ICO.

I remember the biggest ICOs in term of hardcap were EOA and Bancor with $200M and $50M

There were other projects as well which never reached there hardcap.
