In a case where a man dies without leaving a legal will of his property, who is the right beneficiary of his property ? is it the wife, the children or the family member of the deceased? I will really love to read from you.

It all varies based on the customs of the tribe of the country. In the absence of legal documents, the siblings of the late man would want to lay claim of his possessions (if they are very tarditional) else they would willingly leave the properties for the wife and her children especially when a male child is involved
