My guess is that we will endure the bear market for approximately six months to a year, if ETF’s will be denied  and Bakkt won’t deliver.

I hope so, Bitcoin is pretty stable now and it probably will not go down again under 6000USD, so there is only one way - to the moon.
I think that this year was very important for Bitcoin and all altcoins because the cryptocurrencies show us where they have the bottoms.

Everyone wants that, the real question is if it is going to happen? And I really do not think that the bear market is over, people are not as excited as they were in the past about the market of cryptocurrencies and if there is no excitement then new investors are not going to come into this market to invest in it, and if there are no new investors then it is impossible for the market to grow, that is what we're seeing right now a market that doesn't move.

I agree with you because if you look at the price movement graph before the bullrun market comes, there is always a significant price decline for a while and then the new price rises higher.

maybe the price may go down even lower than the price you have predicted, but we all don't know what will happen later, we can only wait and hope the market can improve soon.

I expect the market to break $5800 after the ETF delay and we will trade sideways like 2014. I could be wrong, but I won't be surprised if it hits $4000~5000.

for almost a year now bitcoin struggles to hit even atleast half of the ATH value but failure is what weve got

Talking when the bull run will come, it makes me always hope but never prepare for the bull run to get profit. I always believe that the crypto currency market will recover, but I don't know when this will happen. I think there are many investors at the moment, especially new investors who stop investing in crypto currencies because of the losses they have experienced. And some of them try to survive and choose sincerely for the money they have. And says that crypto currency will experience a difference with the previous year, there will be no significant price increases like last year.

Bitcoin daily looks like shit with bearish KTMA20 cross to happen today broken support of BBs very instable zone below 6.2k that can be easily triggered to bring strong downvolatility by tether FUD when MFI forms double top as expected very high chances it ignites drop to 5.8k.

With the market fallen it is the shopping time for people as before they where complaining of prices being so high and now with the 1/3rd price or available at more cheaper and this is the time to buy many coins at lower price. Nobody has such influence on market as whales has. Even such news as ETF and BAKTT will be powerless until they are preparing the next step (it may last a long time), all we have to do is wait & hodl.

I also think that the big players have already taken the position that they want in the market but unlike you I really do not think they are satisfied yet, they want to increase their positions as much as possible and are only going to allow the market to skyrocket once it is inevitable, that way they get more time to accumulate coins and they give more time to impatient people to sell those coins for a fraction of its real cost.

I think they had enough time to fill their bags. It is possible that this is the last dump before the rapid growth. Today's fall is not beneficial to anyone. If the fall is long and protracted, this market will lose many speculators and whales alone will remain in this market. whales will not trade among themselves, they need speculators who will bring them profit.

Is somebody there already bought after the dump? its now starting to climb again and that's surprising if the market will return to its normal state again.
