It's disheartening to discover how deep political apathy has eaten deep into our system,i do not know the reason why this is so,probably corruption or political officers ineptitudes and outright abuse of power..
  But whatever the reason I think we should always uphold our rights of franchise,in my country less than half of the population eligible to vote actually do turn up at polling booths..
  I think when society realises that elections are a way to change society and clamour for change only then will we actually move forward
