Can't access the wallet

I just tried accessing the wallet to make a payment but it's not working out, I am getting 2 errors (check out the attached images) and I have also tried re-installing the program.

2. Download and install the Universal C Runtime (CRT). For Windows 7: x86 or x64;
3. Download and install the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3.
