ECTA platform is the first blockchain-based trust protocol for global employability.

Open. Self-Organized. Semantic. Cross-Lingual.

Experts, earn reputation with your skills and get discovered before you even start to look for a job.
Companies, stop searching and hire talented developers with the proven AI tools.

In the ECTA ecosystem, developers receive payment in ECTA PAY tokens, and also earn non-fungible ECTA SKILLS tokens that serve as proof of their skills and a record of reputation. This blockchain protocol creates a permanent record of skills and accomplishments, which users can leverage in exploring new opportunities with increased trust from potential employers.

The team develops an AI algorithm that will learn about the needs and skills of the businesses and developers using the ECTA platform to assist in finding the best match. Thanks to ECTA PAY (fungible) tokens, unbanked developers around the world won’t struggle to collect their earnings for services provided.

The primary purpose of the ICO is to distribute ECTA PAY tokens to the masses, and so create more opportunity for users to benefit regardless of geographical presence, language, or banking status. ECTA will reduce inequality by giving the world a chance to show their talents, provide services, and create value that is recorded on the blockchain.

Bringing value to employment issues may create value to the global economy and societies around the world.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

There are many inequalities in the working environment and It may continue to be present due to the current economic system. Let's hope that with this project it will be decreased between people from different nations. It's a huge step to establish democratic values.

This basically happen in developing countries. There are many talents there that have potential to contribute with their knowledge to the society but still there is no "gate" open to join their fields

It is a good idea to get paid in tokens in a platform. But how am I going to be sure that the tokens that I will receive would be the same amount of $ that I have discussed with the employer?
Market volatility may cause some problems in this. What would be the point to work for $50 when I have agreed for $200?

Well, probably you will not be sure. This is what describes the cryptocurrency markets and the ecosystem in general. It is also how you see things. What if you agree on 200 and then market goes up and you cash out for 500?

Bigger risks, give bigger profits.

The risk of getting the amount that you work for is eliminated through the ECTA platform at least. Then, it is up to you how you will manage your coins and cash out at your desirable price that the market will bring out.

This is true for those who want long-term profits. There are many people that wishes to cash out early without losing their tokens value. I am just asking if their is a secure way to tackle the volatility in payments that occur on a later stage.

As ECTA promises to help countries that face inequality globally and most of them are in Africa, maybe the team should do a promotion there via universities and technology events. If it get attention from there, a huge influx of user will come and visit the platform even in early stages.

If you don't understand anything why should we trust you? It seems like a scam attempt in my eyes and also it is not the best marketing tactic to sell your services.

It is probably a phising attempt. I do not recommend to anyone to open the hyperlink as it may have malicious content.

ECTA moves fast and has already presented their project in a European Institution. couldn't believe that a small country like slovenia can change how they think in a whole geographical area.

I also noticed that and it was really impressive, I do think that Europe is a friendly environment for blockchain projects even if there is no clear adoption of digital assets

usually small countires give opportunities and bring innovation to bigger regions. they are not stuck in obsolete ways of investing and entrepreneurship is more cultivated due to the flexible legislation environment. typically, they do what they wish and if it succeeds then positive legislations comes up
