Almost global but not all accept cryptocurrencies in their country because of FEAR. So the cryptocurrency is not fully global yet but it is known to all crypto enthusiast around the world.

Crypto currency has been rapidly growing and it is now become well recognized in global even though it is not becoming a global currency. It is being discussed by most people around the world, the legality is most debatable about the existence of it. Regardless the legality of it, crypto currency will be a bright light for global economic.  

a dilemmatic technological development, on one hand government is not ready to accept it, but on the other hand the government must be prepared to face changing times, so as not to be left behind by other developed countries. i hope there will be a legality policy for cryptocurrency

Yeah, this is one thing I expect would happen over time. Sure, no government will want to give up control and that is certainly normal, but at the same time, no government want to be left out from the advancement of technology, most especially this being a general global thing or development, and once you get left out, ended up becoming a laggard, you will always be at the lower end of the chain (as simple as that), so this would really make a lot of countries to brace up and see how they can do things differently and probably, regulate it and make things work out for everyone's benefit.

In my local community, many people told me that they want to invest in cryptocurrency. It means that cryptocurrency is prevailing in the world and soon it will hold the market. I know that it will take long time but eventually crypto will be the global currency. I want a cashless society and for that, the use of cryptocurrency is mandatory throughout the world.

It is enough that in the whole world there is a crisis. Where in this country citizens of weak countries will bear money? In precious metals, stocks, foreign currency, as well as in the crypto currency. Turkey, Argentina is an example.

Popularity doesn't mean anything when it doesn't come around with the adoption. Lack of curiosity or the problem with cryptocurrencies UX problem, In general, could be the problem why the adoption hasn't got any significant increase. Cryptocurrencies space needs to make the UX easier for regular people and fixed the capability issues. I believe when the issue resolved it won't be hard to gain a momentum for cryptocurrencies user.

Crypto already go global and really popular,but not everyone is adore of crypto,because some people used it for bad things,and that is also the reason the government want to banned and regulate crypto, so the popularity can't be rely for the adoption

Maybe people already heard about cryptocurrency but they never try to use it or invest some money here because of that fear. Cryptocurrency is indeed making a global impact in terms of developing good technologies, but some government are still not convinced by the usage and security of cryptocurrency and maybe that's also why people are still afraid.

Of course, and it is increasing by the day, every now and then. Most places I go to today, there will always be some discussions about crypto and I get amazed at the rate at which people really get to swim in the idea of how cryptocurrency is really more like a savior to the ridden fiat over the years.

I believe cryptocurrency will keep growing, governments will find a way to simply adopt it and then make it an alternative by regulating it, and then we will get to see everyone happy.

Yes crypto is getting global. Specially during its peak at 2017, Google searches along, show that bitcoin/crypto is taking the world by strong.

However, its really hard to speculate the percentage of the growth though. Remember that wallets doesn't have a name, and individual can own multiple wallets as well. If I can give my estimates, probably around 1%-5% would be a good start, but I might be wrong though.

Indeed it is getting global but perhaps other abused the value of the crypto and somewhat not getting enough knowledge about it. The wallets are not safe it can be a victim of some phishing sites.

That's a valid point. That's why before getting yourself involved on crypto, you really need to learn and ins and out specially how to protect your wallet and your private keys.

I wouldn't say that wallets are not safe. Its up to the person who are going to use it. If they didn't know how to secure then you can be a victim here.

Cryptocurrency is getting known globally. But there are other countries hard to accept that bitcoin is getting used specially in trading world wide. Like in my country, they see it as part of illegal transactions, which affecting so much the crytocurrency reputation.

in developed countries, awareness of finance technology is very large because they already feel the impact and benefits of daily life, so that cryptocurrency technology began to be made a life choice as a means of investment. but in developing countries, this awareness is still lacking because in daily life using traditional finance.

For the percentage of people who knows and have cryptocurrencies varies from one country to another, but it is higher in the more developed countries specially in China where their are hundreds of mining farms. And right now it is getting much attention even in a bear market and we just need to remember that the blockchain technology has not been utilized fully and many of these projects are not yet in full operation.

I’m tired of seeing this topic like every time. You don’t need to spread awareness or whatever, Bitcoin is already popular and the world knows about it, but it’s just a matter of choice. It’s only people that are interested in it that will join and those who are not interested will choose to stay away from it.

This is mainly for investors and Bitcoin doesn’t even pay much and there are also a lot of risks involved. Someone who is living in the U.S and earning a decent amount every month won’t be interested in Bitcoin, trust me, they will prefer to put more focus on their job, unless maybe they have plans to increase their money through Bitcoin by investing when the price bubbles.

Yeah you are right and the reason for it is that people now understand the importance of bitcoin and future of it. they realize that in the future the whole world will use cryptocurrency and it will take over the currency market in the coming years, not sure how much time it will take but it is guaranteed that cryptocurrency will be the only usable currency in the future.

By some data there is 40% of world population who do not have internet access in 2018, so they are for now excluded to participate in cryptocurrency in any way. Most of people in developed countries have heard for BTC, mostly because what is happening last year, it was all over the media. But average person do not know too much about BTC or cryptocurrency is general, mainly they talk about how some people buy BTC for 1$ or less and sell it for 20k$ and make fortune.

So my conclusion is that it is less then 5% of world population involved with cryptocurrency at this moment, and maybe 1% understands the potential of this technology. I think internet is one of the most powerful ways for sharing information, so if you want to help to more people become aware of this technology maybe you should start with your country, make a blog/website and give people information.
