I realised that most people trust the pictures they see especially when seeing team members well dressed in suit. I want you to know that not all such pictures or profiles are real. Even the responsible looking man you see might not be the real person. Some are simply photoshopped. Don't be deceived.

I saw some ICOs like that before that they are just grabbing pictures on the web without an idea on who are those people they are copying.

Many smart scammers to make an even real profile and aster end we came to know it's not the real. Just fake. We can buy this type acc and by look seems like real. So, It's not an easy job to find really team good or not. Only one way, we have to talk to them and get to know about their levels. Now ICO investments need really more and more research.

Some ICOs use cartoonize pictures to be display in the ICO team members information and some use cartoonize animal that won't do any good to them and to investors. Since you are right, some pictures might be photoshopped is because of the photo editor as we all know so, that's when the research idea comes to clarify your questions and their ICO may be proven as a scam or real.

Yes, I've thought a lot about this issue and realized that they can not be trusted only by the profile picture of team members. Because there are many smart team members who make others fool everyone by editing photos of others. So before investing in any ico we have to research very deeply about their team members.

Probably, 90% of this ICO are scam even if they pay their bounty participants, even if the coin is listed on some shit exchange since they can't list in on some decent one. They remain scam in view of the fact that there's no product built produced, they just slowly abandoned their projects until the price of the coin dump and become shitcoin and useless.
That's the reality and everybody should realize about this fact.

Yes, it's everytime a good decision to doublecheck pictures via Google images if you aren't sure if the team members are real or fake. Scam companies are using fake profiles for created people but real pictures of other people to show trust, but it's fake.

I can recommend to search via doublecheck and it's easy to detect a scam

What makes you think so? Linked is just like every other social media platform. Whatever profile created on linked in is never going to be verified by the management of LinkedIn, and as such, they can create a fake profile and as many fake followers as possible. The money to make from the ICO is huge, they can part with a little to employ someone to open as many accounts as they want. It is very easy.

This is the real true man. In these days ICOs are the most successful way to scam people and take a large amount of money. My personal opinion is don't lose your money with ICOs. Most ICOs collect a large number of funds and they will list their tokens in small exchanges. It looks like not scam. But you have to understand what is the truth.
