The card should be viewed as "NON PREPAID" by BIN checkers (for example, http://binlist.net).
You should be able to make them in unlimited quantities.

And it should stay active and valid for at least 1-2 years.

My vcc working for AWS PAYPAL AMAZON PRIME etc etc etc.. no point in making a list
They are literally like a plastic card,only virtual
