How often do you check CoinMarketCap website?

I feel you mate, I do the same because I am hoping that when I check I will see some of my coins pump.
This is really tiring and a very stressful way of monitoring, we should learn to control our emotions, there are a lot of things to do aside from
looking at the price from time to time, the market is really volatile so if we will get emotional, it will also affect our feelings in a negative way.

For the last 10 months, I have checked Coinmarketcap, at least five times a day. Due to the falling market, I was looking at my portfolio every day. I hope the next bull run is coming and I hope I would look at CMC every day and smile.
