How often do you check CoinMarketCap website?

But all right crypto's community viewed this marketcap into monitoring market/price and other altcoins - Token. However personally most 2x few day, but I always see an update for recently added Token or Coins.

Once in a while; like once a week. If I receive new bounty token which I think has a great future, then I check "Recently Added" section of CMP. It is because we are still in bearish market and I don't feel like checking such websites very often.

Actually i was looking everyday coinmarketcap and binance. But after some time i feel i am really nervous because of that. only i am checking everyday and everyhour. so after some time i decide to i shouldnt open and looking price always. so these days i am looking only telegram. if we have some huge pump and dump i feel that news with telegram groups.

I also regularly visit the coinmarket whenever I have free time. And that has become my habit, Always look at the market situation, although sometimes I don't buy any altcoin, and I guess I visit more than 20 times a day

In this bear prolonged bear market, i find that for my own sanity, its best to leave things like CMC, blockfolio and the likes alone.   Of course its incredibly important to keep an eye on these things.   Last year, i would say i used to check on a daily basis but as this year hasn't been great, i found myself checking less and less and now i just don't bother anymore unless, i'm jumping on a completely new investment.

I check the CMC every hour I think But earlier checked even more often, now I invested in some altcoins that not yet listed by CMC so I am checking often now exchanges and blockfolio and not so often like earlier CMC.
