How often do you check CoinMarketCap website?

Even now I constantly check it, although sometimes what I see does not make me very happy as many probably do!

At least 3 times per week. But truth is that I have application of Okex exchange on my phone, so I check out charts like 100 times+ daily. It is like an addiction! I don't know how to stop doing that

I think how 9ften one checks the coin market website is determinant on certain factors such as , day trading, short term or long term investment.
Those who are into day trading are the ones that frequent that site for coin information as well as making research.
Then the short /long term investors do not seem to bother checking the website every now and then except when otherwise very necessary.
I belong to the later group.

I like CoinMarketCap. I often go to look at the courses and graphs of the main cryptocurrencies and mine, which are in my portfolio. Of course, every day it makes no sense to go to this service, but I go in a couple of times a week.

So do I, before I really love visiting this site and look  for what market brings me and start to chase moving coins to invest, but after what happen last year, it's stress me up seeing those coins that I hold continue to fall, I lessen my visit to this site and forget about my coins for a while as I don't want to make a  mistake selling it and regret after.

unique question, of course, almost every day I check the coinmarcetcap site, many coins that I hold are listed on the coinmarcetcap exchange. especially when the market is in the green zone, very proud to see it because of the opportunity to be disposed of openly, but unfortunately the market is now more likely in the red zone
