As we can see he got 100 merits from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=508432 a red trusted hacked account.

He either bought the merits or transferred between alt (but probably bought since he never sent any merits to anyone) so he need to be painted in red as well for abusing the merit system.
