I highly doubt you can re-build the site entirely in 5 minutes. Maybe a clone installation, but not a rebuild.

No, he wants to build something similar to a website that already exists, ie: a clone.

You can't do that by downloading the HTML files from a website and uploading them up somewhere. That's not the same thing.

The site probably won't function (due to CSRF protections), and it would still be interacting with the old service.
