until now webd still available for CPU mining and still no available exchanger, i wait for exchanger and GPU mining coz its more easyier using GPU for mining and power full.

Webd has had so many issues, (stratums, code, dev fund hacks)

On top of that, their communication with the public is horrible.

It would be a good concept, if a more competent team did it. But WebD is bad.
