From theymos;

If you want us to recover a hacked/lost account, you need to prove that you own it. Typically, the only acceptable method of proving ownership is by signing a message (including current date and desired new email address) using a Bitcoin address or PGP key associated with the account. A Bitcoin address or PGP key is associated with the account only if the account posted the key/address, sent it in a PM, or if it is still listed in the account's profile.

I think you don't have other way to recover account. If account hacked than how you are going to prove your account. If you locked account but it's under control you than might be possible unlock. If email and password changed by hackers than it's difficult to recover. So many people's waiting from year's for recover account. Edit your post with profile link and with more details, mode could check current condition.

Then you've really got no chance of recovering it. Take a look at @sncc's guide in any case (see [Guide] Bitcointalk account security), but the lack of a signed BTC message is a no go. Even with a signed BTC message, the number of cases where the account is recovered promptly or even at all is extremely low for an issue this frequent (see recent cases on the referenced guide).

Sorry to tell you but you've got more chance of getting blood out of a stone. What was the account? Did you ever send a message via PM or post an alt coin address anywhere?
