Ripple had overpassed Ethereum in market cap some times last week. Now ETH gets back its second position. In crypto market everything could happen, it'snot strange to see XRP pass ETH. We will see it happen again.

Ripple only by a few hours bypassed ethereum in terms of capitalization. Now ethereum again firmly holds the second position in terms of capitalization in the CoinMarketCap table. The difference in their capitalization is more than two billion dollars. Also the ripple then fell in its price. Therefore, no one ethereum beat, now this coin is gradually increasing in price along with bitcoin.

Ripple was pumped hard and I think now Ethereum is being prepared for the same . So I don't believe that ripple will take #2 coinmarketcap place , and xrp buyers should be careful, because XRP can collapse down at any time .

I also think Ethereum will prepare the pump with what happened last time which made its position taken over by XRP but only temporarily. XRP coins are fairly stable in price but from fixed quality Ethereum is superior. we'll see how the two coins will compete in the beginning of 2019.

XRP is good for trading as of now as it increasing its value on the market. The price gets higher a half when I bought some of XRP unlike ethereum that I believed much better for long term investment. As you can see, ethereum have been showed its potential on the market and second on bitcoin. I am now giving some amount on XRP and getting a profit from it for short period. I think there is also a future on it.

I was surprised when I saw XRP is in number 2 based on the market cap. But it didn't last long before eth reclaimed the number 2 spot. Due to more ICO's are selling there eth it's not surprising if XRP will dethrone eth at number 2 spot. But, if the issues of high fees, slow transactions and blockchain clogging in Ethereum would be address in the upcoming update. It will give the traders and investors a confidence to invest more in Ethereum.

Yes, XRP defeated ETH but ETH regained its position shortly after. I've heard a lot about XRP's new partnership with banks, which is good news for the XRP, but not enough to beat ETH. XRP wants to overcome ETH, it also has to go through a long development. ETH will stay in second place.

Indeed surprising but won't hide the fact that the market is still on red marks. The scenario is really historical since ethereum was believed to be the 2nd topmost crypto for years next to Bitcoin. The team that is on Ethereum been working on their coin for years and they've been doing projects marketing to people that are into technology and computers. Ripple, marketed their company to investors, people that like to do computer stuff and Bankers. Since Ripple was mainly targeting Bankers for their project it makes their project have more longterm potential.

Banks could use Ripple system to make money and give a shout out to Ripple and make the price of the coin increase so much by those manipulators.

Although ripple can replace the second position at the coinmarketcap, I guess that ripple is too difficult to beat the price of ethereum. Ethereum itself will be back to the higher price, and I am sure about this.
