You can wait for the hard fork on 25 may and upgrade your wallet. Exchanges may take a little more time to upgrade their wallets. About your concern about sending please contact tradeogre via twitter.

SINOVATE Official Community Pool, Bsod Pool and Icemining pool. Probably lots of more but those 3 are the first definite ones.
