hashrate high but shares very low

i built two rigs, one with two 270's (left) and one with three 270's (right)

after some ten minutes of mining left rig has an enormous amount of shares compared to right

im mining @ wemineltc.com, the pool reports accurate hashrate and combined current share count.
 both rigs run BAMT1.3 and use the following settings:

is this normal? or maybe theres something i don't understand...
