Is investing on ICOs still profitable?

Hello everyone, I have seen many failed projects recently. I have received many emails regarding investing on ICOs, so is it still a good time to invest? I didn't made good with my earlier investments. Is there still a future for ERC-20 tokens?

I'm sure that most of the tokens ERC20 won't survive after this crypto storm. Only those ones that give a real value will stay on the market. And if you are a lucky owner of such tokens then you can easily become a millionaire just in a year or a few. Be sure of that)

It is difficult to speak on such topics, because I think that ICO today is a very terrible and risky adventure, because today there is a big risk of losing documents online and losing everything invested money

Future of ERC-20 tokens is great. But I can't say the same about ICOs. Mostly of them are unsuccessful and it's better to buy tokens of project after listing on exchange.

The long bear market of 2018 had taken its toll on most ICOs too. Only a few top rated and hot ICOs are profitable and it will take a good bull run to start to make most other profitable.

In this year (2018), i don't think so investing in ICO's is profitable. this year counts in the worst year of cryptocurrency because lot of projects are scammed and market condition is not good for whole year (just one month left). But that doesn't mean it will go continously, next year may be we get something changes in market and in ICO projects too. So never lose hope!

In my humble opinion, Yes it's still profitable investing ICO but you must do some good research first to prevent losing your money or being scam. You must have a standard taste of ICO.  As what I experienced this past months, most of the ICO are scams or a big failed because when they get listed the price was so far from the ICO,like 70% to 90% down. That is why we must be wise when investing in ICO.

Seek ones with the backing from respectable Venture Capital Funds, these might be a good sign to invest in an ICO.

I think investment at ICO is still profitable, even though sometimes after their token is listed in an exchange sometimes the price will be dumped, but remember you also get a bonus when buying tokens during the ICO so I think it's worth it. considering the price of the token can also increase in the future

Only ERC20 project that can give us product will always survive no matter what happened with the market. All of ERC20 tokens which have created products still alive and i guess that will be forever. Some of them have been giving beta access to the investors or even their product has already alive. But it's a bit difficult to become the next millionaire right now.

too much fake project now. they just make it them and get investment, so it never run really

Around 6 -8 months before most of the ICOs launching were hitting their hard caps and giving profit to the investors as after the launch price was going up. But now 90% of them are failing because of too much scam. It can still give profit if you select wisely. So better to analyze properly and select the one which can give profit.

At the moment, there are still projects that do not fall in price after entering the stock exchange, but there are very few of them. Most projects fall in price very much. therefore, personally, I temporarily stopped participating in Iko and bought the coins I liked on the stock exchanges.

Investing with an ico project is beneficial only if it is a project, not a Scam. 90% of all ICOS are fraud. Investing in ico is a huge risk.

but if you want to invest in the ICO it is better to be careful and careful to read the vision and mission, because now many projects fail and ICOs are experiencing fraud because only to get results by harming many people

ico investment now 90% will fail because most of the coins that we buy at ico will have a very cheap price when entering the market, so it's only unlikely that ico will give us a lot of benefits
