Hi, I am new on tihs forum. I can reach bitcointalk with my computer. But it is hard to use on mobile phone. I looked it for tapatalk but I think bitcointalk isn't there. Do you know any practical way of using bitcointalk with mobile?
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

BitcoinTalk do not have any official mobile app or mobile version of the forum however there was a user (long ago AFAICR) did something (wrote a script) that allows mobile friendly version. If I find the topic then I will update this post with the link.

Warning: The script may harm your account since (so far I know) that no one validated it. I will encourage to do you own due diligence.

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M

Unfortunately there's no safe and practical way to use this forum on mobile phone.

There were 3rd party attempts for such apps but they are a security risk - you give your credentials to an app you don't know what it does with your data. And bitcointalk accounts are valuable.

There's also the wap mode for surfing this forum, but imho it's not convenient enough. However, you can start with https://bitcointalk.org/?;wap

I did try looking for "AFAICR" here in the forum but I couldn't find him.

Anyway, I have found a thread which I think may help to improve your browsing experience using mobile but it only works on android devices.
You can check it from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4500633.0

Note: Like mdayonliner said be careful about using any 3rd party application your account might be at risk.

I'm not sure if you're joking but I think AFAICR means As Far As I Can Recall and not an username. Cheesy

I also remember this script. AFAIK it was a chrome extension (which is open source) and I remember taking a look at the code to confirm it was legit. I can't find it right now but I'll make sure to take a look later.

Currently, there is no official app for bitcointalk.

Even if on the app store or on here you found someone announcing a app, they can easily steal your details. Just as, if you find a bank app that is not official, yes maybe you can be logged in, but you have NO idea or control of what they do with your details.

Yes it seems too risky to use. I am new and my account worthless yet. But I can't use it. I want to stay in this forum with this account.

It is not necessary to official app but it can be adaptable with tapatalk may be. Or something like that.

Yes, it's a pity, some time ago I tried to access the forum via Tapatalk in my smartphone and it didn't work. Now I can see it doesn't work neither. Anyway, since some of you have written that you may be giving your credentials to third parties and taking into account that our bitcointalk accounts are so valuable, maybe it's better not to work at all with these apps.

I'll stay tuned, anyway  Wink

Hi, I am new on tihs forum. I can reach bitcointalk with my computer. But it is hard to use on mobile phone. I looked it for tapatalk but I think bitcointalk isn't there. Do you know any practical way of using bitcointalk with mobile?

Just used your native mobile browser and start to become"used to it". With continous and regular usage on your mobile to access the forum, the difficulty will be minimized as you continue and progress. Believed me, even with a mobile browser that have a compression isn't really hard to used but you must be used to it using it first. Since you started on computer, it's really a struggle for you when you want to used the forum on mobile.

Im started on mobile that's why Im used to it. Im just using my native browser because it's way more lighter than the mobile version of those web browsers. You can also consider UC Browser for page segmentation.

There are 2 options here for you, one is to get a phone with a bigger screen, and the second is to setup a personal hotspot on your phone and connect it to a tablet. Bitcointalk can only be used properly in a web browser so you need a bigger screen to use it comfortably, although some just carry on squinting at their small mobile screens
