Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

He tried to cheat this campaign with 2 of his account, he deserve a red trust
Regardless of the fact that most likely a single user is controlling both accounts (based on the mistake), I couldn't spot where he/she posted the application for the other account (care to link?).
