It may be because there are more black people who cannot afford good education. And even then, we also have to consider the environment where they live in and their family situation. There are so many things to factor in. With Asian families, they tend to work and study really hard to somehow offset what they have spent into migrating to another country. And when they already have jobs, Asians tend to support their parents too. With those things in mind, they kinda do their best in everything.
