the important question is where did you get this wallet from? for example if you downloaded it from somewhere or someone sold it to you then it is most probably a malware with some nonsense in it to disguise it while it infects your computer.

but if it is your own old wallet.dat file then you should tell us back in the time you create this (2014?) what coins were you involved with so we can try narrowing the possibilities down. also try posting one raw transaction here, it can help with discovering.

Open it with a different wallet,Show different addresses.
sometime in march 2014 with 1250 coins PoW rewards... possibly HTMLCoin?
suffered a 51% attack in June 2017 and initated coin swap in November 2017
though I'm not quite sure because HTMLCoin address starts with H...
and since it's already swapped, any txid in your wallet can't be searched on current HTMLCoin block explorer  
but try search the web or any explorers using any confirmed txid you have in your wallet, you might get a hit
