Hi Turkish88,
Firstly, thank you for taking part in the Verasity bounty program. Throughout the bounty, airdrop and sale process we have always made clear that KYC is a requirement to receive VRA tokens. We have this requirement as part of our commitment to ensuring Verasity is meeting all global regulatory requirements. We take meeting these regulatory requirements extremely seriously as failure to do so would put the project, and therefore all of our supporters and token holders, at risk.
When we opened the KYC / distribution for bounty participants, we released a very thorough guide about the process that clearly states that bounty participants may only get a single attempt at KYC and it is, therefore, essential that they complete the process accurately. To make sure all the participant's data is handled securely and verified independently, we use a third party service for our KYC (Sum&Substance) to handle KYC.
The full details we released can be found here, which states on multiple occasions that you may only receive a single attempt and that if you have any questions to contact us:

https://medium.com/verasity/how-to-pass-verasity-kyc-in-10-minutes-or-less-ce4f5010d1f0We also posted about why we need KYC here:
https://medium.com/verasity/why-do-i-need-to-register-and-do-kyc-1972ced61744Unfortunately, the KYC documents you provided (via sum&sub) were not approved. After you contacted us, there was an additional manual review of your documents that also failed. While I appreciate this is frustrating, we are unable to share details of why a user fails KYC.
I am sorry that you were unable to pass KYC and that we cannot assist you further. There are multiple reasons we cannot provide additional attempts to pass KYC that include, but are not limited to, the reason KYC failed and the cost associated with providing multiple attempts. I would like to point out that the vast majority of bounty participants have passed KYC without any issues and token distribution has already begun.
