I am a newbie at this whole bitcoin deal and I have been burned on my first transaction. I tried to move funds from my Bitcoin wallet to my Electrum wallet, but I never received the funds. My bitcoin wallet has been deducted the funds but my Electrum wallet has not received the funds. This whole ordeal has become very aggravating lol. I have lost almost $80...... I have the "Legacy" and "New Style" address that the funds were sent to but I have not idea how to recover the funds..... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME............... or send me to the right forum/location to discuss this? @ElectrumWallet on twitter says to come here for support but I cant find much bc I have no idea what I am actually in search of, except my cash haha!!!! Thanks for your help!!

Do you have a tx ID? The address you sent the bitcoin? You need to provide some information so that someone can assist you with the correct information. Are you sure that you have sent the bitcoin to the correct address?

Using your Bitcoin Core wallet, can you post the transaction ID on here? Or you can just check blockexplorer.com to see if your transaction is there. On your Electrum wallet, can you go to the Console and type the command: ismine("ADDRESSYOUSENTOHERE")
Replace the address accordingly. If it returns true, you're fine.

The transaction ID doesn't show anything on the blockexplorers. Your Bitcoin Core client did not broadcast the transaction to the peer. Try to look at the transaction information and check if its seen by any peers. Either the fees are too low or the transaction has not been propagated.

I have noticed I sent the transaction from my BCH wallet and not my BTC wallet, does that make a difference on trying to find the funds? Block Explorer said "no matching records found"

Do you need the legacy address or new style address?
New Style address: 1Asw9BGefMxkG4TTUhs1fsiKuyCqRmeccy
For the record, Bitcoin addresses starting with "1" are legacy addresses, which in your case is actually a good thing. However... I have noticed I sent the transaction from my BCH wallet and not my BTC wallet, does that make a difference on trying to find the funds? Block Explorer said "no matching records found" Your transaction number does show up neither on BCH nor on BTC block explorers. Same goes for the address 1Asw9BGefMxkG4TTUhs1fsiKuyCqRmeccy. If you merely sent coins on the wrong Bitcoin blockchain the transaction should have appeared on at least one of the block explorers. However it seems like the address is incorrect as well. Which wallet did you use to send your coins from? Bitcoin ABC? Can you double-check your transaction history to which address you sent the coins to?

I also can confirm that nothing shows on non of the explorers. OP is missing something for sure. Are you 100% sure that you were dealing with Bitcoin?

That's not a private key.. It's an extended public key (xpub). See https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/a/36958 It might be better not to randomly post these online. Can you show us where exactly you are able to find your transaction ID? maybe a link to a block explorer? Otherwise we can only guess what you could possibly do. It sounds to me like you might have downloaded a fake version of Electrum, which took your money and is now showing imaginary transaction IDs.

This is not a private key. And if it was, your coins would have been stoled since you tried to post them here. Anyone with your private-key can steal your coins. What you posted above is your master public key. It's usually used to get (in view-only mode) the addresses generated from an HD wallet without. You can't spend any of the coins in a wallet with it.

These BCH people were to be blamed. This is how they mislead people using the name of Bitcoin. @OP: I hope you did not share the private-key/seed with anyone. Clearly you messed up with BCH and BTC. BCH is Bitcoin Cash which is not Bitcoin, just keep this in mind next time.

Yeah. That's a bitcoin cash wallet. Did you buy your "bitcoins" (Bitcoin Cash) there aswell? I'm not sure how easy it is to export/import private keys with mobile wallets. It might be more convenient to use a PC.
EDIT: AFAIK, you can't access your private key on Android Electrum. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2381046.0Have you saved the seed for electrum on your android? If so, import the seed on the desktop version of Electrum. NOT ElectronCash, as they might generate seeds differently etc. I have no clue how they work. From there you can export the private key into a BCH compatible wallet (ElectronCash), and you should be able to access your funds.

Nothing is really checking out on the information you are saying, I have checked both the wallet address and tx id you have given and none of them showed up in any block explorer I have used. Also you have given us another false information which you think that you have given us your private key carelessly, Electrum even gives warnings or reminders when you are trying to access your private key yet you just tried to post it publicly. I am starting to think that you don't know what you are talking about or worst just trolling us and wasting our time.

Clearly you haven't been using the right blockexplorers. His adresses do check out in terms of BCH being stored on them. Also he didn't post his privkey, but an xpub. However you make a fair point. I haven't checked it out, but as far as i am aware, there is no way to access an xpub on the android version of electrum? Or is it just privkeys that you're unable to access? See #1 https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/address/1Ahw6xqEmarByEaCeVKitLQfprHhEqRjQW #2 https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/address/1Asw9BGefMxkG4TTUhs1fsiKuyCQRmeccy
